Do they ever stop
I don't think they stop. I'm the same age as you and have seen mine multiply over the years, with no sign of stopping. I've had about 3-4 removed some years ago, but that's a pretty expensive undertaking when you're talking so many. I'm trying to figure out how to find a doctor who practices a relatively not invasive, and hopefully inexpensive, method of excision called 'squeeze delivery' (I posted about this some years ago - http://lipomagroup.com/node/49). It's too bad that you can't find a directory of plastic surgeons where their skills/techniques are listed - that would be ideal, but obviously they want to make some good money off of our misery so they wouldn't advertise something that doesn't generate $300-$400 for 15 min worth of work (this is with the standard procedure).
Cheers
The only way I've got them to stop devoping new ones was to go clensing diet -raw food diet with low fat and sugar (minimal nuts or fruit). Be at low BMI weight and eating low saturated fats (No diary), and low processed sugars. It sucks not being able to eat cookies and cakes but I feel much better that there is something I can control that either stops them or severly limits them from forming new ones or growing larger.
