Lipoma Removed

I recently had a lipoma removed from my left side collar bone area (about 6 days ago).

Some of the lymph nodes were removed becaused they were enlarged.

Immediately after surgery the incision started to fill up with fluid. I have been to the doctor once to have it drained, but it keeps coming back. Is this normal and how long does it last?

If the incision continues to

If the incision continues to fill with fluid you may want to speak with another doctor. I've never experienced any draining after having a lipoma removed; its a fairly simple procedure.

I've never heard of a lipoma having anything do to with lymph nodes needing to be removed. Did the doctor say they were related?
