Oxygen!

Hello Everyone!

I am 23 years old and discovered my first lipoma in High School. At the time i only had one and it was in the Fatty part of my Inner thigh.  To be honest I am no Doctor but to me i have been studding lipomas for a while. After  I graduated I only gained three, I was still very active and was eating decently (not perfectly) and drank (alcohol sometimes) . This was great for awhile till I made the mistake of letting my self go. I stopped working out and started drinking more not eating right and well.Stress was always on my back like a little demon poking and prodding me, and to my dismay I gained plenty of lipomas. Whats funny though is that I recently found I can make them smaller almost vanish back down to a fatty cell, and that stress full imp was no were to be found. The little helper i found was Amino Acids. I am not stating what i do for my lipomas will help everyone but this is my story.

Oxygen,Nitric Oxide, and well good old AMINO ACIDS!!! NO DRINKING ALCOHOL!!!

Most of us know that most of are foods now days are not really good for you even if you think they are. Lets put a couple to question:

  •        Meats (also fish) - Most people do not know this but most companies around the world are adding more than just meat to your table.  Most  meat have increased amounts of growth-hormones, preservatives, estrogen, and salts and chemicals.
  •        Plants (yes plants)- Chemical growth-hormones are also included in plants also, chemicals such as: fungicides, pesticides, herbicides, and preservatives. Hell what are we really getting in today's plants.

I could go on about allot of other products!

What im trying to get at is We do not know what can cause people to get lipomas, and yes the percent of people getting lipomas is growing rapidly. To be honest i know it is a genetic disorder, DUH! although i doubt it has to do with heredity. I have asked people if there parents or even grand-parents have any lipomas or as many as they do and most say no!

Most of us know that  we get are Amino acids by the break down of proteins. Though how do we get enough protein? That's why I stated about the foods we consume now days.  The average adult needs about 0.6-0.8 grams of protein per 2.2 lbs of weight! for me that's 63 grams or more. The reason I say or more is because that protein is not all absorbed into your body and also if your drinking this decreases the functionality of your liver and intestines.  Here is a list of some foods you can take that has a good source of protein's and just remember to by from smaller distributing companies or organic products.     NOW FOR THE FUN!  GOOD OLD AMINO ACIDS!

Now this site link that i am putting up is not because I am selling any of there products, only this was one of the best sites i have found for Amino Acid info and supplements

http://www.realtime.net/anr/aminoacd.html

Note the Amino Acids that promote Oxygen and also repair tissue, even better the ones that help breakdown fats and cancerous tissue (lipomas are not cancerous, only an unwanted cell cast-out from the body)

One of the best Combos that I use to get rid of my awful little bumps is trying to increase my hydration and using multi amino acid supplements. I keep my cardio up and I am at the moment using Creatine Isolate, L-arginine, and protein powder.

Now like stated earlier  this is what my regiment has been for the past 4 months and have been having my lipomas decrease in size and also have had some just go away, and this might not work for everyone. Now granted I am young and I have access to a gym.  Not only that but my Lipom sizes do not exceed a pee size shape. I have had one go down to about a pee size and that's the one one my back which once was about the size of a half dollar.

I hope this helps everyone and I will keep you posted on my progress

              Thanks ~ Layers~

Work hard, play harder!
